Over the last 12 years, together with my husband Shaun, we’ve built a portfolio of 15 family single lets. From releasing £20k from my first home back in 2012 to a portfolio worth over £1.5 million.
We love that we can give local people a secure base to grow their families, at the same time as creating amazing generational wealth for our 3 children.
Legacy Planning Advocate
One of my life goals is to relieve the burden of probate administration for 20,000 property investors and their families.
With only 4 in 10 property owners having a will, I want to raise awareness of end of life planning and help thousands of families avoid unnecessary stress at a time of greif.

Our portfolio and other investments are currently rated as Good or Excellent in terms of their Environmental, Social and Governance profile.
Our home is (mostly) powered by our solar panels and batteries… I can help you do the same.

A little about me
I’m a Wife to Shaun and a Mammy to my three wonderful children. I’m a lover of Yoga, Newcastle Eagles Basket Ball and holidays (isn’t everyone).
I have developed a passion for being realistically sustainable, and want to help others to do the same!
I pride myself in a great work life balance. You will never hear me saying I work 18 hours a day, and there’s no regrets with regards to spending time with the kids when they are little here, or sneaking off for a cheeky day date!
Life is too short, and I don’t plan on wasting it!
